Young Artist Vocal Competition 2024

The Williamsburg Choral Guild invites applications from high school and undergraduate vocalists to participate in a solo vocal competition.
Finalists will be invited to perform in a masterclass with artistic director Daniel Parks on Saturday, Oct. 12, at 1 p.m. The winners of each category – high school and college – will receive a cash prize of $300 and will be invited to perform during the Choral Guild’s Season Opener concert on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 4 p.m. Both the masterclass and concert will be held at Williamsburg Presbyterian Church (215 Richmond Rd, Williamsburg).
Those interested should submit an application by Friday, Oct. 4, at williamsburgchoralguild.org.

- Requirements
- The applicant must be a high school or undergraduate college student.
- The video submission must be unedited, i.e., a single take of a classical vocal solo with accompaniment. Pre-recorded accompaniment or Appcompanist is allowed.
